Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing procedures for all production equipment, machinery, and facility areas during the night shift.
- Operate various cleaning equipment, including power washers, foamers, and floor scrubbers, safely and efficiently.
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment as required for thorough cleaning and sanitation.
- Mix and apply cleaning chemicals following strict safety guidelines and proper dilution ratios.
- Adhere strictly to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP principles, and company safety protocols.
- Monitor sanitation effectiveness and report any deficiencies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials in designated areas.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Complete and maintain accurate sanitation records and logs as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all sanitation tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
