Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain food processing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with the preparation, mixing, cooking, cooling, and packaging of food products.
  • Monitor product quality and identify any defects or deviations from standards.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP, GMP).
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils regularly.
  • Load and unload ingredients and finished products, moving them within the facility.
  • Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate production records.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
  • Basic understanding of food handling and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a food processing, manufacturing, or production environment.
