Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Inspect products for quality defects, damage, or inconsistencies before and after packaging.
- Accurately weigh, label, and package various food products in compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP, GMP).
- Monitor production flow and report any equipment malfunctions or product issues to supervisors.
- Assist with inventory management by correctly documenting packaged goods.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of packaging equipment and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
