Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor food processing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Prepare raw materials for processing, including washing, sorting, and measuring ingredients.
- Perform packaging and labeling of finished food products according to company standards.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including regular cleaning of equipment and production areas.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and HACCP guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients and finished goods.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality deviations to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
