Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation, mixing, and processing of food ingredients according to established recipes and procedures.
- Operate and monitor basic food production machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with all hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Perform packaging and labelling of finished products accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety (HACCP/GMP) and occupational health and safety (OH&S) regulations.
