Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor food production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products onto production lines.
- Perform quality checks on products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Package and label finished goods accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to HACCP, GMP, and other food safety regulations.
- Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, product quality issues, or safety concerns immediately.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 25kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
