Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, set up, and dismantle food sampling stations according to brand guidelines and hygiene standards.
- Actively engage with customers, offering samples, and providing detailed product information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sampling area throughout your shift.
- Monitor inventory of samples and promotional materials, ensuring adequate supply.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback, observations, and sales data to management.
- Answer customer questions about ingredients, preparation, and nutritional value.
- Encourage product purchases and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically at all times.
Required Skills
