Job Description
Mogonga Resort is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-Time Food Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Food Server, you will be the face of our dining experience, responsible for ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and seamless meal. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness standards. We are looking for someone who is attentive to detail, has excellent communication skills, and can anticipate guest needs with a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation and accuracy.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining areas.
- Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or banquets as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations and resort policies.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
