Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas before and after service, including setting tables, polishing cutlery, and arranging chairs.
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
- Clear tables, clean spills, and ensure dining areas are tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist in washing dishes, cleaning kitchen utensils, and maintaining cleanliness of food preparation and service equipment.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with inventory checks for tableware, linen, and other dining essentials.
- Support the setup and breakdown of special events, banquets, and conferences.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
