Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the food service area, dining tables, and kitchen equipment.
- Monitor food inventory, report stock levels, and assist with restocking as required.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Ensure all food safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other service assistants to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and tidying the service area.
