Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations.
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using POS systems, handling cash and card transactions.
- Restock shelves, display products attractively, and ensure proper rotation of perishable goods to minimize waste.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including display areas, aisles, and storage rooms.
- Assist with merchandising efforts, creating engaging displays that highlight promotions and new arrivals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly and courteously, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring all products are stored and handled correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required, including securing the premises and reconciling daily sales.
