Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all required safety and equipment training sessions.
- Learn to safely operate various types of forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck) under supervision.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, products, and supplies from trucks and loading docks.
- Help to organize and stack materials in designated warehouse areas efficiently and safely.
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Support inventory management by accurately counting and tracking materials as instructed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and skill development.
