Career.zycto is actively seeking an experienced and highly creative Freelance Event Planner specializing in both wedding and corporate events to join our growing network of independent professionals. As a Freelance Event Planner, you will be instrumental in bringing our clients’ visions to life, managing all aspects of event conceptualization, planning, execution, and post-event evaluation. Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to determine event objectives, themes, and budgetary requirements.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, including detailed timelines, budgets, and vendor recommendations.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, decorators, entertainment, and other service providers.
- Manage all logistical aspects of events, including scheduling, permits, transportation, and on-site coordination.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring smooth operations and problem resolution.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, including feedback collection and financial reconciliation.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
