Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and informative tours of Anchovy, Port Antonio, and surrounding attractions.
- Share in-depth knowledge of local history, culture, biodiversity, and significant landmarks.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and accommodating reasonable requests.
- Manage tour logistics efficiently, including timings, routes, and meeting points.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the group's interests, age, and physical capabilities.
- Promote sustainable tourism practices and respect for local communities and environments.
- Collect feedback from guests to continuously improve tour experiences.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
- Deep-seated knowledge of Anchovy, Port Antonio, and surrounding areas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a charismatic personality.

- Proven ability to manage groups and maintain punctuality.
