Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead engaging, informative, and safe tours tailored to client interests in and around Santa Cruz, St. Elizabeth.
- Share comprehensive knowledge of local history, culture, ecology, landmarks, and current events.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued.
- Manage tour logistics efficiently, including transportation, timing, and any necessary bookings or arrangements.
- Adapt tour content and pace to meet the diverse needs and preferences of different client groups.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.

Required Skills
