Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and informative tours showcasing Braeton, Portmore's history, culture, and natural beauty.
- Develop and customize tour itineraries based on client interests and time constraints.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the excursion.
- Provide accurate, compelling, and up-to-date information about local attractions and points of interest.
- Manage group dynamics effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Handle unexpected situations or challenges professionally and resourcefully.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to agreed-upon schedules.
- Offer exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations.
- Promote local businesses and cultural experiences where appropriate.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
