Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload freight by hand or using equipment like pallet jacks.
- Verify counts of incoming and outgoing goods against manifests or invoices.
- Organize and stack freight according to designated warehouse procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and potentially forklifts (if certified), in a safe manner.
- Inspect freight for damage and report any discrepancies or issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and transportation regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily loading and unloading targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
