Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations through our property management system.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to guest inquiries via email and in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide comprehensive information about local attractions, dining, transportation, and services.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, escalating complex situations when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with luggage handling and other guest requests as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Uphold security protocols and emergency procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
