Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage and maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.
- Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (Creole is a plus).
