Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously using a multi-line system.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for staff and clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
