Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department or individual promptly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring a professional first impression.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution and dispatch.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing meeting room bookings, and coordinating logistical details.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings as required.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
