Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and handle general inquiries.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions in Beira.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional appearance.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Operate front desk equipment, including telephone systems, POS terminals, and property management software (training provided).
