Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor front desk agents, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Oversee efficient guest check-in, check-out processes, and room assignments.
- Promptly and professionally address guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage accurate cash handling, billing, and daily financial reconciliation for the front desk.
- Monitor daily reservations, room inventory, and occupancy levels to optimize revenue.
- Maintain consistently high standards of guest service and hospitality at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, concierge, sales, and other hotel departments.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Conduct daily shift briefings, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth operational flow.
- Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team culture.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of progressive front desk experience in a hotel setting.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and supervisory abilities.

- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
