Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick a variety of fruits (e.g., berries, apples, pears) from fields and orchards, ensuring minimal damage and optimal ripeness.
- Sort harvested fruits by quality, size, and ripeness, discarding substandard produce.
- Pack fruits into designated containers or crates according to farm specifications and standards.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and farm health and safety regulations at all times.
- Operate basic farm equipment or machinery under supervision, if required.
- Assist with other general farm duties as needed, such as weeding, planting, or preparing fields.
