Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently harvest a variety of fruits (e.g., berries, apples) by hand or using appropriate tools.
- Identify and select ripe produce according to quality standards, discarding damaged or unripe items.
- Carefully sort, clean, and pack harvested fruits into designated containers or crates.
- Adhere strictly to all farm health and safety guidelines and operational protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Meet daily production and quality targets set by farm management.
- Perform other general farm labour duties as required, such as pruning, weeding, or irrigation support.
