Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fuel requirements promptly and courteously.
- Accurately dispense various types of fuel into customer vehicles.
- Process payments efficiently using cash, card machines, and other accepted methods, ensuring correct change and transaction records.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks such as oil, water, and tire pressure upon customer request.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pump area, forecourt, and other station facilities.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and regulations related to fuel handling and station operations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, spills, or safety hazards immediately to the station supervisor.
- Assist in stocking and arranging products within the convenience store, if applicable.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues professionally.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
