Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fueling needs promptly and efficiently.
- Operate fuel pumps and accurately dispense various grades of fuel into customer vehicles.
- Process cash, card, and mobile payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the forecourt, pumps, and surrounding areas.
- Assist with stocking and merchandising convenience store items when required.
- Promote Engen loyalty programs, special offers, and additional products to customers.
- Conduct routine checks of fuel pump functionality and report any issues to management.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth station operations during the day shift.
