Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the accurate receipt, offloading, storage, and dispatch of petroleum products.
- Monitor fuel tank levels, gauge readings, and support inventory reconciliation processes.
- Operate and maintain fuel dispensing pumps, valves, and other depot equipment under supervision.
- Conduct routine visual inspections of the depot facility, equipment, and pipelines for leaks or damages.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the depot premises.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including logging data, filing reports, and maintaining daily operational records.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external contractors to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in safety drills, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report any anomalies, incidents, or hazards promptly to the supervisor.
