Key Responsibilities
- Dispense fuel accurately and safely into customer vehicles.
- Process various forms of payment efficiently and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the fuel pumps, forecourt, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and regulations.
- Assist customers with minor requests, such as checking tire pressure or directing them to relevant amenities.
- Promote loyalty programs or special offers when applicable.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
