Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the fuel pumps.
- Accurately dispense fuel (petrol, diesel, kerosene) into vehicles according to customer requests.
- Process cash, card, and mobile payment transactions using the POS system accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the fuel pumps, forecourt, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or low stock to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, especially regarding fuel handling.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries, directions, and product information.
- Conduct daily checks on equipment functionality and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
