Key Responsibilities
- Operate fuel pumps to dispense various types of fuel accurately and efficiently to customers.
- Process cash, card, and mobile payments accurately, managing transactions with integrity and precision.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and courteous customer service, assisting with inquiries and special requests like checking tire pressure or oil levels.
- Conduct daily checks on fuel levels, station equipment, and security systems, reporting any malfunctions or suspicious activities promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the fuel pumps, forecourt, convenience store (if applicable), restrooms, and surrounding areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company procedures, including handling hazardous materials, fire safety, and emergency response protocols.
- Stock and arrange convenience store items, ensuring shelves are well-organized and products are readily available.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operational flow during shifts and peak hours.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards at all times.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
