Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Operate fuel pumps and dispense various types of fuel accurately and safely.
- Process cash, card, and mobile payments efficiently and accurately.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries and provide directions if needed.
- Check and replenish vehicle fluids (oil, water) as per customer requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the fuel pumps, forecourt, and station facilities.
- Monitor fuel levels and report discrepancies or issues to management.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Handle minor maintenance tasks like cleaning spills or organizing supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth station operations.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and safety protocols.
