Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including fuel purchases, convenience store items, and other services.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and mobile money transactions with precision and integrity.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all patrons.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales counter and surrounding convenience store area.
- Monitor fuel pumps and assist customers with fueling if required, ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
- Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and other station equipment effectively.
- Inform customers about current promotions, loyalty programs, and station offerings.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking shelves as needed.
