Key Responsibilities
- Process fuel and merchandise transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and manage daily till reconciliation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting all customers warmly and assisting with inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sales area, fuel pumps, and restrooms.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure merchandise displays are appealing and well-maintained.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety procedures, and age-restricted sales regulations (e.g., tobacco, alcohol if applicable).
- Monitor fuel levels and report any issues or spills promptly to management.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required, including security checks and cash handling.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
