Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all patrons.
- Operate fuel pumps and assist customers with fueling their vehicles safely and correctly.
- Accurately process cash, debit, and credit card transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the fuel island, pumps, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor fuel levels and report discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
- Perform regular safety checks and adhere to all company and industry safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with stocking and merchandising of convenience store items, if applicable.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information regarding services, products, and promotions.
- Handle minor maintenance tasks such as cleaning spills or ensuring equipment functionality.
