As a Fuel Station Pump Attendant, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our service station. Your primary responsibility will be to serve our valued customers efficiently and courteously, dispensing fuel accurately and processing payments smoothly. Beyond the pump, you will be an ambassador for TotalEnergies, maintaining the cleanliness and safety standards of the station, assisting with inventory, and promoting our additional services and products.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Accurately dispense fuel to various types of vehicles according to customer requests.
- Process cash, mobile money, and card payments efficiently and accurately, handling transactions with integrity.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the fuel pumps, forecourt, and other assigned areas.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or issues to the station supervisor.
- Assist customers with queries about products, services, and promotions.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and guidelines, including handling fuel safely and responding to emergencies.
- Perform basic visual checks on vehicles (e.g., tire pressure, oil levels) as part of value-added services if requested.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth station operations and a positive work environment.
- Stock shelves with convenience store items and ensure proper display, if applicable.
