Key Responsibilities
- Operate fuel pumps, ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of fuel.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and efficient customer service to all patrons.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fuel pumps, forecourt, and surrounding areas.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, including daily till reconciliation.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Assist customers with general inquiries and provide information on products or services.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Perform routine checks of equipment for proper functioning and report maintenance needs.
- Promote loyalty programs or store specials to enhance customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
