Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, efficiently dispense fuel, and accurately process payments (cash/card), providing correct change/receipts.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness across the pump area, forecourt, and customer facilities throughout your shift.
- Proactively monitor fuel tank levels, reporting low stock, leaks, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety regulations, environmental policies, and governmental guidelines, especially regarding fuel handling and fire prevention.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively for transactions and diligently manage daily cash floats and reconciled reports.
- Assist in the merchandising and orderly arrangement of products within the convenience store section, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing, if applicable.
- Professionally handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints, aiming for swift resolution and escalating complex issues to management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operational flow and provide support during peak hours and busy periods.
