Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with fuel dispensing promptly and safely.
- Process cash, card, and mobile payments accurately using the station's POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the fuel pumps, forecourt, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any issues or shortages to the station supervisor.
- Provide basic information and directions to customers as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist with stock replenishment for convenience store items if applicable.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and reconciled at the end of the shift.
