Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code for both front-end (user interface) and back-end (server-side logic, APIs) components.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate wireframes and user stories into functional, high-performance applications.
- Implement and manage RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and maintain database schemas (both relational and NoSQL).
- Perform thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and ensure strict adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software applications to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Stay continuously updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance our development processes and product offerings.
- Actively contribute to architectural discussions, technical design sessions, and strategic planning for new features and system improvements.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of applications through proper testing and deployment procedures.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, with a deep understanding of modern web standards.
- Demonstrable experience with at least one major front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and its ecosystem.
- Strong back-end development skills using Node.js and Express.js (or equivalent experience with Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, PHP/Laravel).
- Solid experience with both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Expertise in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs, with an understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
