Job Description

Caribbea Bay Resort is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This pivotal role is essential in attracting, identifying, and securing top talent that aligns with our resort’s values and high service standards. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be instrumental in shaping our workforce, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting and candidate sourcing to offer management and pre-boarding activities. This includes developing robust recruitment strategies, conducting thorough interviews, and utilizing various platforms to reach a diverse pool of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry’s unique recruitment challenges and opportunities, particularly within a resort environment. You will work closely with department managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various resort positions.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and local community outreach.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote Caribbea Bay Resort as an employer of choice.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and challenges to the HR Manager.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry.
