Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies and annual plans.
- Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporations, and foundations.
- Prepare compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and stewardship reports.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals.
- Manage donor databases and CRM systems to track interactions and contributions.
- Analyze fundraising data, trends, and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications to create compelling promotional materials.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Non-profit Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in fundraising, donor relations, or grant writing.
- Proven track record of achieving fundraising targets and securing significant gifts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation.
