Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies for individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, and major gifts.
- Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with new and existing donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Write compelling grant proposals, reports, and other fundraising communications that articulate organizational needs and impact.
- Plan, organize, and execute fundraising campaigns and special events from conception to successful completion.
- Manage donor database systems (e.g., Salesforce NPSP, Raiser's Edge) for accurate tracking, reporting, and stewardship.
- Prepare regular fundraising reports, analyses, and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with program teams to understand funding needs and impact stories.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant fundraising regulations and ethical standards.
- Represent Career.zycto at community events and networking opportunities to promote our mission.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed fundraising goals.
