Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily supervision and operation of the gaming floor, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor gaming tables and machines, ensuring compliance with established rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, resolving minor disputes, and ensuring a positive gaming experience.
  • Support the management team in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all patrons and staff.
  • Learn and enforce company policies, gaming regulations, and responsible gaming practices.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activities, malfunctions, or irregularities to senior management promptly.
  • Assist with basic cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance supervisory skills and industry knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support new team members as they onboard.

Required Skills
