Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine garden maintenance tasks including mowing, weeding, pruning, and watering.
- Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants as per design specifications or client requests.
- Monitor plant health, identifying and addressing issues such as pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
- Operate and maintain various gardening equipment and tools safely and efficiently (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers).
- Prepare soil for planting, including tilling, fertilizing, and amending as needed.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of garden areas, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team leads regarding work progress and any concerns.
