Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, weeding, mulching, pruning, and general garden bed maintenance.
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers) under supervision.
- Help with the installation of new plant material, sod, and irrigation systems.
- Perform site clean-up duties, including debris removal, sweeping, and tidying work areas.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from vehicles.
- Support senior landscapers and gardeners with various tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in all weather conditions.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina for demanding outdoor work.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Reliability and punctuality.
