Key Responsibilities
- Process fuel, merchandise, and lottery sales accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments, ensuring correct change and transaction reconciliation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers promptly and assisting with inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area, including counters, shelves, and restrooms.
- Stock and arrange merchandise displays, ensuring products are well-presented and shelves are replenished.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, food warmers, and other store equipment as needed.
- Monitor fuel pump operations and assist customers with fueling instructions when required.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety procedures, and local regulations, particularly concerning age-restricted sales.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
