Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting mail and preparing packages for shipment.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for various team members.
  • Prepare meeting rooms, ensure necessary equipment is set up, and provide basic technical support.
  • Welcome visitors and clients, managing reception duties with professionalism and warmth.
  • Support event coordination and logistical arrangements for internal company activities.
