Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily livestock care, including feeding, watering, bedding, and monitoring animal health and welfare.
- Participate in crop planting, cultivation, harvesting, and pest control activities.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary for specific machinery).
- Carry out general farm maintenance, including fencing, building repairs, and groundskeeping.
- Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and clearing debris.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and farm policies at all times.
- Support seasonal farm activities and respond flexibly to changing farm needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of farm buildings, yards, and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other farm staff and management.
