Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons and other team members with various tasks as directed.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites, including sweeping, trash removal, and basic tidying.
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Perform routine manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Prepare sites by performing tasks such as clearing debris, setting up barriers, and ensuring pathways are clear.
- Assist in the assembly or disassembly of temporary structures or equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Be proactive in identifying potential hazards and reporting them immediately to supervision.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
